The solution

A warm responsive website, social media promotions and contests, and a creative partnership for ongoing graphic design projects.

We created a brand new responsive website packed with features all on a Joomla platform for them to manage internally. It invoked their warm, community spirit in order to increase customer and retailer satisfaction. We implemented aggressive multi-channel social media campaigns including Facebook contests to elevate their social presence. Since partnering with Woodgrove, we’ve created many different campaigns from promoting sidewalk sales to Santa photos.

The results

Increased website traffic conversion rates and lowered bounce rates, doubled social media fan base and boosted customer loyalty.

The new website is user-friendly and responsive which has increased conversion rates by 35% and decreased bounce rates by over 50%. There is now a smarter integration with retailers and we’ve expanded the site to include intuitive and important content. Facebook fans have increased by over 100% and continues to climb. From their website through to all of their creative, Woodgrove now has a marketing strategy that will stand the test of time.
