PDL Wellness provides specialized physiotherapy and rehabilitation services to Toronto’s diverse communities. Their previous website failed to serve their significant Chinese-speaking clientele, creating barriers to care.

We created a truly bilingual WordPress experience featuring:

  • Complete English/Chinese content parity (simplified Chinese)
  • Culturally adapted design with intuitive language toggling
  • Localized SEO targeting both “physiotherapy near me” and Chinese search terms
  • Service pages optimized for pain management and post-surgical rehab

Results:

  • Eliminated language barriers for a large portion of their patient base
  • Established PDL as the most accessible rehab clinic in their area
  • Increased Chinese-language appointment requests
