Return Policies

General:
A 50% down payment is required to begin any order, balance upon completion. Subject to 2% per month penalty charged on the remaining balance for all over due accounts.

The customer may cancel an order within 7 working days for full refund of the deposit supplied. 7-day period for returns begins on the date Webacom has received 50% down payment. The bank deposit date by Webacom shall be used for confirmation of start date 7-day cancellation period. The customer must give written cancellation notice within 7 working days for refund of deposits.

Due to the nature of work, once a job is accepted and as required a 50% down payment has been paid and the 7-day period has passed, the deposit is non-refundable. The customer may cancel the remaining portion of work upon written cancellation notice.

Upon cancellation the customer cannot use any material, graphics, trade secrets or any relevant services or information provided to the customer while the job was in progress.
